She combines her healthcare background with a personalized approach to deliver safe, effective treatments tailored to each client's needs.
Aishja brings a unique blend of medical and aesthetic experience to Shades of Aesthetics. She began her healthcare career as a Medical Assistant at Lutheran General Hospital, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care and clinical operations. In 2019, she joined Skinovatio Arlington Heights as an intern and became a full-time team member in 2021. As a licensed esthetician, Aishja performs a wide range of esthetic services and is passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, confident skin. She is currently pursuing a career in nursing to further expand her clinical knowledge and continue providing exceptional patient care.

Every plan starts with a conversation. We review your goals, your skin or lash history, and what feels right for you, then recommend a tailored approach. You are never committed to more than you are comfortable with.
If you are unsure, start with a consultation or our Customized Corrective Facial. We will assess your features and goals in person and guide you toward the option that fits — there is no single definition of the right treatment.
Lash extension services and packages require a 30% deposit to reserve your appointment. The deposit is applied to your service total at checkout.
Results and any recovery time vary by treatment and by individual. We will walk you through exactly what to expect for your specific service, aftercare, and timing during your appointment.
Prices listed are starting prices for each service. Some treatments vary based on the area treated or add-ons selected. Your final plan and pricing are confirmed at your visit.
